The particularity of organic feed lies in compliance with the specific EU regulations on organic farming and livestock.
Its main characteristic is that these feeds are made with raw materials from organic farming, are not genetically modified and do not contain certain substances, such as herbicide-type pesticides, pesticides or other pollutants of chemical origin, so they respect the environment to the maximum.
In this way, only natural ingredients can be used in organic food.
The animal feed produced almost always has corn as one of its main ingredients.
Its supposed energy contribution, therefore its inclusion level (60-80%) and the low variability of its chemical composition make it one of the preferred ingredients by feed manufacturers.
We have strict control over the origin of commercial corn, which allows us to verify its traceability throughout the process.
When this type of corn is formulated and mixed with other ingredients and food supplements, the benefits of using corn in animal feed will increase exponentially. For example, it increases the production of eggs for poultry and other animals, thus improving the quality of meat, but also contributes to the production of cow's and sheep's milk.
